Nvidia’s RTX 4090 graphics card has been discovered twice this week, increasing the likelihood that it will be released soon.
The new leak comes from Twitter user @wxnod and shows Gigabyte’s RTX 4090 Gaming OC packaging, not the actual graphics card.

However, the card’s triple fan design is shown and confirmed on the box’s back, as is the 24GB GDDR6X VRAM loadout.
Zotac’s 4090 was leaked in many photographs that look legitimate, including the board and packaging. We must be cautious about making conclusions and remain wary of all hardware leaks.
If font suits…
The font used for the RTX 4090 logo on the Zotac 4090 matches the font used in a previous leak showing a supposed Nvidia 4080 card in its plastic packaging. This new font has been seen on Nvidia’s website and on this leaked Gigabyte 4090 box.
Because everything matches, these photographs are more likely to be authentic. We can’t be sure, but things are looking up.
Assuming these are real Gigabyte and Zotac 4090 cards, the flagship GPU must be close. It confirms rumours that Nvidia would unveil the RTX 4090 at GTC on September 20. When will the RTX 4080 and 4070 follow? The card is slated to go on sale in October.

- The Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU leak says it’s somewhat poor
We may see one of the other GPUs in November, according to rumours, but Nvidia has reportedly pondered delaying their debut until next year (to allow for the clearance of excess RTX 3000 stock). This is a positive indicator that the RTX 4090 won’t be the only next-gen Lovelace graphics card this year.
